MINISTRY DEPARTMENT COUNCILS

The second level, Ministry Department Councils, consists of six different councils.  The councils are:  Children’s Ministry, Family, Missions & Evangelism, Stewardship, Worship, Youth and Membership Development.  Each ministry has two representatives who sit on their respective Church Ministry Council.  This format provides a forum to support each ministry’s work and for accountability.

INFRASTRUCTURE AND INTERRELATIONSHIP

We as a body are structured to do the work of the Lord with a Senior Pastor, Ministry Department Pastors, and Ministry Department Councils.  These roles and Ministry Department Councils exists to support the vision given through our Pastors and to facilitate effective kingdom building with Family Bible Fellowship.

Our Senior Pastor ministers to and with the Ministry Department Pastors.  He is responsible for the articulating of the vision given by the Lord and providing spiritual and administrative oversight.

Ministry Department Pastors serve as the chairperson of respective Ministry Department Council.  In their role, they provide general oversight of ministry operations.  In general, all ministry decisions and activities are funneled through them.  Also, they serve as a resource person for the ministries they support.

The Ministry Council meets every third Saturday of each month @ 12:45 pm to 3:00 pm.
